Refund and Modification Policy

Once your subscription is activated, refunds or modifications are not available.
RealmIPTV offers a 24-hour IPTV Free Trial, allowing you to test our service before purchasing any plan. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued once a subscription has been activated.
RealmIPTV’s responsibility is limited to activating your subscription for the duration and package selected at checkout.
After activation, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

Activation Process

We aim to activate and deliver your IPTV subscription within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To ensure a smooth setup, please include your device type or app details in the order notes.

Device Information

If no device information is provided, we will issue your subscription in the default M3U format.
Once your subscription format has been delivered, it cannot be modified or exchanged for a different one.
